CPD Partnership (School Workforce)

A group for leaders of CPD and school workforce development. This group has developed and evolved over several years to serve the changing nature of the school workforce. Local authority senior colleagues for CPD, workforce development performance management and the strategic leadership of CPD in schools meet six times each year with other regional and national partners from CWDC, TDA, NCSL, SSAT, Training Schools and emlc.

This group has created support and guidance for schools for performance management, the effective use of professional standards and has been funded by TDA to create a comprehensive framework of support for school leaders that can be viewed at www.cpdleader.com
